Behind the sushi bar, Chef Andrew Hoh brings his culinary expertise to the table by using his signature style of a Japanese-So Cal fusion. This non-traditional sushi making style, blended with eclectic flavors, the finest ingredients and esoteric thinking, allows Hoh to create signature sushi rolls beyond the norm. Born in Korea and raised in San Diego, Chef Hoh has been perfecting his sushi skills since childhood and continues to expand his horizons.
